Don’t you think desktop computers are slowly losing their market in this growing economy, as they were the most important gadget who brought globalization in the world? The desktop computers are slowly getting replaced by laptops and tablets. The main reason why the laptops are getting more popular than the computers is the fact that they can be taken everywhere, laptops allow you to work even while traveling or in your bedroom, but on the other hand desktop computers provide you with certain advantages over the laptop computer. Let’s discuss the main advantages that desktop computers have over laptops.

Some advantages of PCs over Laptop:

Risk of theft: As the desktop computers are big in size and are kept at a single place the risk of theft for the decreases which means there won’t be any loss of data and on the other hand you do not need to pay for another computer.
Less expensive: On the other hand the desktop computers are less expensive when compared to laptops so that they can fit in your budget quite easily.
Upgrading the computer: Upgrading the desktop computers is also cheaper and much easier than upgrading the laptop making it quite easy to have an upgraded system always.
Larger display: The desktop offers a larger display and way more clear than that in a laptop which is helpful for people in the architecture field.
Repairing cost: The repairing cost involved in desktop computers is also less in comparison to the laptop and the process is also easier than repairing a laptop.
Power and Features: The computers are much more powerful and loaded with many features which are absent in laptop making them superior over the laptops.
Comfort: If you use desktop computers are more comfortable to use as they have a softer keyboard and a mouse, which makes using the computers an easy task.

Laptop or PC your choice:

Above mentioned are some advantages that desktop computers provide over laptops, but on the other hand, laptops are also very handy and the mobility feature of it makes it different from a desktop computer. Also, there small size is a big plus as they can fit anywhere in your luggage but in the end, it’s your choice.
