Android Phones problems and their Solutions to fix them

The troubles faced may be device-specific or there may be issues due to the Operating systems. A few general problems experienced by the users of Android and its potential solution about the way to fix them are mentioned.

Problem 1 – Battery

The common issue faced by most users with Android phones is the battery drain. Battery stops performing as it did earlier or there is a rapid battery drain.

Solution: On noticing the battery drain is fast, you should check the apps draining your battery. This should be done by going in the settings menu the battery section. On finding unusual strain caused by an app on the battery, you may uninstall the app, as the best option. You can also fix this issue by considering a software update.

Do simple things:

Keep at a low level the display brightness.
Use Greenify like apps

Problem 2 – Performance

Android Smartphone performance issues result in lag and stutter. The device in extreme cases reboots randomly or becomes warm even when it is not performing.

Solution: From Google Play Store download Greenify app. Reduce the slowdowns by changing the settings of the apps that keep your phone active with the apps. There may be some rogue app causing issues to performance. Consider booting into safe mode your device. Delete a few apps added lastly or do a factory reset. Bear in mind that factory reset should be the last step and take a backup of your phone files.

Problem 3 – Connectivity

New devices face connectivity issues with Bluetooth and Wi-Fi.

Solution: Wi-Fi issues

For ten seconds turn the router and the device off. Turn them on and try to connect
Go to settings and switch off the power saving option.
Use Wi-Fi analyzer and check your channel crowd.
Go to settings-Wi-Fi, select ‘Forget’ with long-tapping on the connection. Now re-enter and try again.
Ensure up to date router firmware, software and apps are up to date.

Bluetooth issues

There may be performance issues with car connection, check the manual of the manufacturer, the car and the device. Reset the connections. Ascertain you do not miss anything in the process of connection.

Go to Bluetooth in the settings and ascertain nothing is changed.
Go to Bluetooth in the settings and delete prior pairings and set fresh.
Using multiple devices may cause issues with connection. Go for an update and address the issue.

Problem 4 – Google Play Store

Android Smartphone mostly features Google Play Store and this is the place for apps to keep up and running. Nevertheless, as all other things fail, Google Play Store also fails to work at times.

Solutions: With Google Play Store, there is no particular or potential solution. Check your problem is due to your device and not with the services of Google’s. Here are a few steps to try:

Forcefully closing the app
Eliminating Play Store cache
Repeatedly check for the disabled services or apps
