Reasons for Netflix not working on Roku

Netflix not working on Roku mainly may be due to loss of connection temporarily to your network. Check in the user interface of the Roku, the network setting as below:

Scroll the home screen and enter the settings option
Open the network to see Roku TV, set box or streaming stick showing connected.
Click on the connection option and test your network connection.

If everything is fine here, look at the router and ensure it is connected. You may benefit by switching from a wireless connection using an Ethernet cable to a wired one on Roku device. This will show you the connectivity issues on the support page of Roku.

Next, contact your internet provider as the last resort.

Check updates

Roku normally checks every 24-36 hours for updates. You can check it manually to know about Netflix application.

Scroll down the home screen and enter settings.
Click on the System option.
Click on a software update
